A little too much?
Hey I just got this new match crest polo and thought I’d share it:
The back logo looks small for a match crest shirt but its only because its all wrinkly and folded weird and just came out of the wash. Yeah yeah I should have ironed it… I’ll do that later.
Anyways… too ostentatious? Its one thing to wear a tiny little pony or alligator but another to have a whole polo match being played on your back. I kind of like it though, and it doesn’t feel weird having something that big embroidered on the back like I thought it might. Anyways it was a gift so of course I’ll wear it, but I just wanted to share some intense preppiness.
(Ralph Lauren Match Crest Polos were $125 but are now down to $80 I believe)

ooo I like it a lot, I am not one for the big pony collection, but I must admit this one is an exception, I might get it myself
I really like it. The logo may be a bit on the large side, but it is definitely classy and sophisticated.

It’s not too much, the RL initials are not all over like Dooney and Bourke does (hate them!) and the colors are quite classic. Lovely choice!
Ralph Lauren now has a bunch of new customizable ones with the back logo smaller on the front so I may check those out to.
I have a big pony polo in navy and white. I really can’t seem to get away from those two colors with ralph lauren polos… But they do look good so I’m not complaining.
