Your post on society hit it right in the head. I do have a qick question. I am a sophmore in a little town, out school doesn’t offer to many “traditional preppy” clubs. However they do offer FBLA Which I am the former president and am currenly the reporter. Can you offer some suggestions on some other organizations that our school could take part in. (keep in mind our high school only has about 700 people where only 50 are preppy and refined) Thanks alot!

I absoutley agree that golf, tennis, and swimming are all very preppy sports. What you have to realize is where you play the sport at is what makes it preppy. (normally these sports are played ar the country club anyway so there are more than likely alwasy preppy.

I have a quick question if you buy “hoely” jeans but you wear them with sperry docksiders, a preppy Ralph Lauren sweater and a North face jacket is that considered preppy.
